Job description Pure Water Technology is seeking a Service Technician / Installer for our Lancaster Office This position is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, service and repair of bottle-less water coolers and ice machines in client business environments. Must be self-directed, detail oriented and possess EXCELLENT customer service skills, because we offer top notch service! Principal duties:

Requirements

You must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check.
Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation with a safety harness.
Able to work independently yet be assertive to ask questions to accomplish job properly.
Plumbing experience preferred but not required.
We must have excellent customer service skills - we treat our customers with the best service around.
Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs.
Ascending and descending ladders.
Working in small areas.
Able to use hands and power tools.

Responsibilities

Professionally greet and interact with business customers.
May be required to fish water tubing thru walls and ceilings.
Complete the assigned installation, explain the functionality of the water and or ice systems and answer any customer questions.
Complete service routes in an efficient manner.
Communicate with your supervisor, customer service and other team members.
Complete necessary paperwork.
Perform all work in accordance with proper safety procedures and correct use of company equipment.
