About The Position

Founded over 40 years ago, Beiler Hydraulics is a leading distributor of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Power Transmission products. Our goal is to help companies increase productivity and bottom lines through our hydraulic repair services, hydraulic components, and parts. What You'll Do as a Hydraulic Pump & Motor Repair Technician: Diagnose and perform repair of hydraulic pumps and motors. Disassemble, clean, inspect, & rebuild hydraulic pumps and motors to OEM specifications. Inspect internal parts, identify wear, and determine what to reuse or replace. Replace seals, bearings, and worn components to restore proper function. Test rebuilt units on hydraulic test benches to verify pressure, performance, and leak-free operation. Document repair and test results, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Our Ideal Hydraulic Pump & Motor Repair Technician: Experienced: Strong mechanical aptitude required. Experience in hydraulics, automotive repair, diesel, or industrial maintenance is helpful but not required. Willing to train the right individual. Proficient with hand tools. Detail-oriented: Diagnoses problems carefully and rebuilds hydraulic components with precision and accuracy. Dependable: Shows up consistently, works hard, and takes responsibility for quality workmanship. Coachable: Open to feedback and motivated to learn and improve technical skills. Team-minded: Works well alongside others and supports a collaborative shop environment. Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally, frequently lift 25 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
