About The Position

Help us welcome dental hygienists to the future of temp staffing.
Teero is looking for friendly, experienced dental hygienists to help onboard new hygienists joining our platform. If you love connecting with fellow hygienists, understand the temp world, and want flexible remote work, this role is for you.
You'll be the first voice new hygienists hear when they join Teero. Your job is simple: make them feel welcome, answer their questions, and help them feel confident picking up their first shift.
Your day-to-day:
Call hygienists who've signed up to give them a warm welcome and platform overview
Answer questions about Teero, temping, and how shifts work
Verify basic credentials and help them complete their profiles
Share your own temping experience to make them comfortable and excited

Requirements

• You're a registered dental hygienist with temping experience
• You're warm, patient, and great at making people feel comfortable on the phone
• You're comfortable using a computer and our app
• You can commit to at least 10 hours per week and work independently

• You've used Teero yourself to pick up shifts
