As an I&E Technician, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing and calibrating various types of instrumentation, electrical and analytical equipment. Requirements

  • Possess 5+ years of experience in an instrument and electrical maintenance position
  • Are willing and able to work 10-hour shifts (Monday through Thursday), lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Occasional on-call duties or after-hour work may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferrably hold vocational training or relevant certification.
  • Have experience working in a manufacturing environment, and following cGMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing and repairing issues with instrumentation, including flow, level, pressure, temperature and other measurements.
  • Performing annual equipment calibrations and documentation.
  • Servicing and calibrating analyzers including GCs, TOCs and area monitors as well as other specialized equipment.
  • Commissioning and documenting new equipment installations.
  • Supporting projects, Turn Arounds and other initiatives.
  • Installing, repairing and maintaining electrical equipment including motors, drives and switches.
  • Servicing and maintaining PLCs, HMIs and other control systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing control valves, regulators and other process equipment.
