As an I&E Technician, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing and calibrating various types of instrumentation, electrical and analytical equipment. Requirements

Possess 5+ years of experience in an instrument and electrical maintenance position
Are willing and able to work 10-hour shifts (Monday through Thursday), lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Occasional on-call duties or after-hour work may be required.

Nice To Haves

Preferrably hold vocational training or relevant certification.
Have experience working in a manufacturing environment, and following cGMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing issues with instrumentation, including flow, level, pressure, temperature and other measurements.
Performing annual equipment calibrations and documentation.
Servicing and calibrating analyzers including GCs, TOCs and area monitors as well as other specialized equipment.
Commissioning and documenting new equipment installations.
Supporting projects, Turn Arounds and other initiatives.
Installing, repairing and maintaining electrical equipment including motors, drives and switches.
Servicing and maintaining PLCs, HMIs and other control systems.
Troubleshooting and repairing control valves, regulators and other process equipment.
