Partner with the best The Integration & Solutions (I&S) Market Intelligence function plays a critical role in enabling strategic and data‑driven decision-making across the business. The I&S Market Intelligence Lead supports the business by providing robust market analytics, planning tools, and performance insights across the Integration & Solutions Segment. The function leads and supports key planning cycles such as LRP and MRP, owns the I&S TAM model, and ensures alignment across Regions, Product Lines, and commercial systems. Through accurate reporting, dashboarding, and structured reviews, the Market Intelligence Lead enables leadership and commercial teams to make informed decisions based on consistent and reliable data.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with a minimum of 10-year experience in Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Bring strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Show a proven ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrate experience leading programs and projects.
  • Possess the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.
  • Have established project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and co‑lead the LRP and MRP TAM cycles for Integration and Solutions, working in close coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Own the update, consolidation, and continuous maintenance of the I&S TAM model, ensuring alignment with Regions and Product Lines (PLs) and consistency of assumptions and inputs.
  • Update and report the I&S Rig Count through the RAISE Rig Count system, ensuring alignment between TAM forecasts and RAISE data and flagging key variances and market trends.
  • Own the continuous maintenance and enhancement of the I&S Sales & Commercial Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and usability for leadership and commercial teams.
  • Support Deal Machine I&S pipeline health by leading quarterly review sessions with key stakeholders to validate data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across Regions and Product Lines.
  • Consolidate and report on the I&S Price and upselling on a quarterly basis, in close coordination with HQ.
