About The Position

14470 - IAM Program Manager (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience aligning IAM initiatives with cloud, digital, and security transformation programs; Experience leading coordination across business, HR, Enterprise architecture, Security, Ops, Product and Procurement; Experience intaking IAM engagement requests and requirements to translate into service delivery and features; Experience planning and managing multi-wave rollouts across the IAM landscape; Experience establishing program governance structures, RACI, decision rights, and transformation offices; Responsibilities: Lead and orchestrate a multi-year, cross-functional enterprise identity transformation program. Translate security and identity strategies into executable plans with clear milestones and outcomes. Align IAM initiatives with existing cloud, digital, and security transformation programs. Coordinate requirements gathering across business, HR, Security, and Procurement stakeholders. Facilitate decision-making forums, steering committees, working groups, and architecture boards. Manage integrated timelines, resources, and interdependencies across the IAM landscape. Communicate progress, risks, and program value to stakeholders and leadership in business terms. Why apply? Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
• Experience aligning IAM initiatives with cloud, digital, and security transformation programs
