The I/DD Director will oversee and support the team in the development of independent living skills and promote choice while assisting persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) to live productive and meaningful lives. Services and support are provided in the home of a person with an intellectual and/or developmental disability, or in the community setting of their choice. The services provided will support the successful achievement of goals established by the person receiving services while supporting medical needs and attending to activities of daily living in the individual's home and community.
