About The Position

Rockland Trust is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our Information Security team. This role is responsible for supporting the Bank’s access governance framework by administering user access, conducting access reviews, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience/certification).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in identity management, IT support, or related roles.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to support users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Foundational knowledge of Information Security principles and IT systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IAM platforms.
  • Active Directory administration experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows file system permissions (NTFS).

Responsibilities

  • Administer user access across internal systems, third-party applications, and core banking platforms, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access modifications, password resets, and profile updates.
  • Conduct scheduled user access reviews and coordinate certification with business stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage Identity & Access Management requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly security reports to identify and address access-related risks.
  • Provide support for security-related inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests by gathering and providing required documentation and evidence.
  • Manage Active Directory objects, including user accounts, security groups, and distribution groups.
  • Support user lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain current knowledge of IAM best practices and contribute to process improvements and documentation updates.
  • Participate in special projects and support additional security initiatives as needed.
  • Promote adoption of new security tools, processes, and policies to strengthen the Bank’s security posture.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Bank policies, operating standards, and regulatory requirements.
