Requirements

  • Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Access Governance
  • Hands-on expertise with Saviynt IGA platform.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP access management (ECC, S/4HANA, and/or GRC).
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Solid understanding of Access Control Frameworks and audit compliance.
  • Ability to perform technical troubleshooting of failed access syncs and connector issues.
  • Languages Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Process and fulfill user access requests , including mailboxes, group memberships, and service accounts, within defined SLAs and security policies
  • Execute provisioning and deprovisioning activities via Saviynt IGA , ensuring accurate entitlement mapping to SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, GRC).
  • Perform access validation and troubleshooting for failed provisioning jobs, connector issues, and sync discrepancies between Saviynt and SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with access governance controls , maintaining audit readiness, rigorous documentation, and ticket hygiene.
  • Support the user access review (UAR) process , including remediation and reporting.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring access issues and propose process improvements.
  • Manage directory services lifecycle across Active Directory (AD) and integrated email systems.
