About The Position

Join a high-performing consulting team tackling one of the Department of War’s (DoW) most critical priorities: scaling an Advanced Manufacturing (AdvM) ecosystem that integrates allies, industry, and emerging technologies to deliver parts and weapon systems at the point of need, reinforcing readiness and deterrence. The Advanced Manufacturing Cybersecurity Senior Consultant will join advisory consultants and subject matter experts for Guidehouse AdvM capabilities, which includes research, development, and pilot demonstration for technologies that cover smart manufacturing, additive manufacturing, composites, highly conductive materials, cyber security for manufacturing, and materials for harsh service conditions. This Advanced Manufacturing Cybersecurity Specialist position will support the Guidehouse Technology Cybersecurity and Defense Segment in securing the AdvM supply chain.

Requirements

  • A Minimum of FIVE (5) years of identity management policy and/or implementation experience
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY and maintain an active clearance are preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulations/laws/requirements/standards for data sharing across international stakeholders as well as compliance with ITAR and EAR, where applicable.
  • Experience developing Zero Trust Architectures and Identity Management Frameworks in alignment with NIST standards (e.g., NIST 800-63-3)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Experience and/or certifications with best of breed identity management products, such as: SailPoint, CyberArk, and Okta.
  • ISC2 Zero Trust Certificate

Responsibilities

  • Develop trust and federation maps for identity profiles across a variety of DoD stakeholders and mission partners
  • Ability to create a ZTA design that includes policy enforcement and data flows as well as conceptualizes capabilities for continuous monitoring, threat detection, and adaptive access.
  • Develop IAM frameworks that document authoritative identity sources, credential standards, authentication/access protocols, roles and segregation of duties.
  • Map ITAR and EAR requirements to access control policies and identify opportunities for more advanced security tactics (e.g., attribute based access control, geo-fencing, and data redaction tools)
