General Summary: Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of individual account information for IDI single life policies and administers a high volume of both financial and non financial transactions with precision and consistency. Collaborates with partners across the business to ensure all transactions are executed promptly, in compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements, and with exceptional quality.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred, or equivalent experience required.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role highly preferred
  • Exhibits solid customer service skills
  • Aptitude to develop strong knowledge of general banking, accounting and billing/collection business practices and procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to utilize and leverage technology and systems.
  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates good listening ability with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, both as part of a team and independently
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrates solid analytical/mathematical skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute a wide range of non‑financial transactions—including address changes, cancellations, waivers, and requests for duplicate policies—with accuracy and adherence to established service standards.
  • Process financial transactions, such as applying premium payments to policies, ensuring precision and proper documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone or email, providing clear guidance related to policy transactions.
  • Prepare and issue manual correspondence letters in accordance with procedural and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in administering multiple IDI products across various mainframe systems, ensuring consistent accuracy and compliance.
  • Uphold exceptional quality and accuracy across all interactions, transactions, and work outputs.
  • Collaborate effectively with partners across business areas to identify issues, support root‑cause resolution, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • May perform other duties as assigned
