About The Position

Overview Delta Solutions and Services Bowhead is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IFPC (Indirect Fire Protection Capability) Program Specialist to support a high-performance team with SHIELD (Short and Intermediate Effectors for Layered Defense) at Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive acquisition security support in areas such as OPSEC, PERSEC, and INFOSEC. Independently develop security classification guidance or new acquisitions technologies Independently review, correct and route classified military information (CMI) documentation for release to partner nations Independently review and correct controlled unclassified information (CUI) documentation for release to partner nations Provide product offices with applicable and accurate security language for statement of work (SOWs) and program work statements (PWSs). Independently create, review and staff DD254s and all relevant attachments or contract awards and modifications. Provide cradle to grave acquisition security support for the developmental IFPC Inc 2 weapon system. Manage a document repository or Iron Done Defense System – Army (IDDS-A) foreign government information (FGI) received as part of a US Army foreign acquisition effort. Independently provide security guidance for a new acquisition competitive effort to identify the newest missile technologies for the IFPC Inc 2 system. Submit and receive visit requests in DISS Receive, staff and coordinate responses for foreign visit requests Complete in and out security processing for SHIELD personnel. Process incoming classified mail and hardware. Prepare and ship classified materials. Independently provide classification guidance and interpretations for supported products. Participate and provide input to discussions on exports of PM SHIELD assets to partner nations and contractor export licensing. Review and staff information for public release. Responsible or security and intelligence related milestone documentation for supported products. Independently prepare and staff delegation disclosure letters (DDLs) for supported efforts. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience supporting Army Missiles and Space programs
  • Current/relevant Army knowledge and background
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
  • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
  • Secret clearance and with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with Special Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) access
