Requirements

• 15-20 year experience in planning, designing and overseeing environmental commercial and industrial markets.
• Management of clients and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in business development and contract negotiations.
• Experience with environmental consulting and regulatory requirements.
• 40-hr HAZWOPER training and 8-hour annual refresher.
• Excellent problem solving and general scientific evaluation skills
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple activities on an ongoing basis.
• Out of region travel typically less than 20%.

Responsibilities

• Business development focus on commercial and industrial markets.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations in St Louis in the Industrial Hygiene group.
• Coordinate internal resources, staffing needs, and workload balancing.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external health and safety procedures and industry standards on all projects.
• Monitor project performance and assist with budgeting, invoicing, and collections.
• Participate in strategic planning efforts to align with overall regional and business unit goals.
• Promote a safety-first culture that values proactive measures and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members toward a common goal of providing client-centric services with high quality interactions and deliverables.
