Position Summary: The Assistant Supervisor of Internal Maintenance and Uniforms ensures the maintenance and cleanliness of casino floor, parking lots and oversees the Uniform Department. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions: 1. Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort's "ELITE" company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. 2. Oversee job performance of Team Members to meet departmental standards. Ensure projects and daily assignments are completed accurately and in the most efficient manner. 3. Implement and enforce department and company policies and procedures on a daily basis. 4. Assign and monitor daily tasks for Team Members in Internal Maintenance and Uniforms. 5. Prioritize tasks according to staffing and facility needs. 6. Maintain a safe environment internally and externally. 7. Conduct interviews for Internal Maintenance and Uniforms Team Member candidates. 8. Assist Internal Maintenance/Uniforms management with developing and enhancing Team Member training and incentive programs. 9. Initiate, enforce and maintain the corrective counseling system. 10. Submit HotSOS requests and respond to requests submitted through the department's cell phone. 11. Complete applicable paperwork. 12. Be accountable for use and maintenance of all cleaning equipment, radios, and keys. 13. Responsible for maintaining the Hazard Communication Standard for your area. 14. Be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals.
