About The Position

This entry-level role supports warehouse operations and basic IT-related tasks. As an Imaging Specialist you will assist with equipment handling, inventory tracking, packaging, labeling, and light imaging duties. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience, basic familiarity with computer systems, and an interest in kickstarting and growing their IT career.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or software.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills; ability to follow imaging procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to IT environments or basic technical troubleshooting.
• Experience imaging computers or handling IT equipment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Move, organize, and transport equipment within warehouse and office environments.
• Label, package, and prepare equipment for shipping.
• Use inventory tracking systems to log, update, and reconcile equipment records.
• Perform basic imaging of computer systems using provided tools and procedures.
• Assist with storing digital image files and maintaining accurate records.
• Support equipment setup and minor installation tasks under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
