Imaging Technician The primary responsibility of the Imaging Technician is to support investigative processes and ensure a timely and accurate product is delivered to the customer. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within our Defense and Intel Operating Group. Key Role/Responsibilities Identify documents, document types as well as verify written and typed print for accuracy. Serialize cases/material in numerical order. Properly receive cases and case material, as well as, forward cases and material to their proper destinations using computer programs/equipment. Scan in necessary documents while performing daily maintenance/calibration on imaging and microfilm scanners and machines. Provide Quality Assurance in the examination of electronic and hardcopy documents working.Working with computer software and microfilm equipment to ensure legibility and accuracy of sensitive information. Retrieve investigative records from microfilm rolls as needed. Audit and examine printed/microfilmed material for accuracy and legibility, redacting necessary documents. Other assignments/projects as needed to support department, contract, or business needs.
