About The Position

Implementation Analyst- TA Operations Jersey City, NJ, Boston, MA, Westlake, TX, Smithfield, RI The Role Fidelity Stock Transfer is looking for an Implementation Analyst to be part of a team leading our next-generation transfer agent operations. In your capacity, you will project manage the implementation of both public companies converting from their current transfer agent and companies transitioning from private to public through their initial public offering on to the Fidelity Stock Transfer platform. This role ensures seamless implementation by coordinating operational setup, managing and converting incoming data to our platform, educating clients on processes and helping them adapt to our issuer experiences, reporting tools and culture of service.   • College Degree required and/or 7-10 years experience in Financial Service Operations
  • Strong knowledge of transfer agent operational processes, project management and SEC regulations; Tax knowledge and experience a plus
  • Effective written, verbal and listening skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel and other basic knowledge of other products within suite

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for new clients during the onboarding and implementation phase
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for issuer accounts transitioning to the transfer agent
  • Educate clients on operational workflows, reporting tools, and service procedures
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, call center) to ensure proper client set-up and data migration
  • Manage onboarding calls to help clients adapt to the Fidelity Stock Transfer’s systems and processes
  • Identify potential onboarding risks or operational gaps and proactively implement solutions
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance documentation is completed during onboarding
  • Participate in architectural system design with product, technical and operations teams to ensure proper system build satisfying TA needs
  • Collaborate and influence outcomes in a large matrix-managed environment and across multiple and diverse groups
  • Develop onboarding materials, guides and best practices to enhance the client transition experience
  • Transition clients to the client management teams once onboarding is successfully completed
