Implementation Associate

BrelliumNew York, NY
7d$85,000 - $120,000Hybrid

About The Position

As Brellium's Implementation Associate, you'll be the operational foundation of a growing implementation team deploying AI-powered compliance technology to healthcare organizations across the country. You'll own the core technical and project steps that make implementations run — clinical configuration, integration setup, engineering ticket management, and rigorous documentation — supporting Implementation Managers across their accounts while independently managing your own focused portfolio of ABA and behavioral health customers from kickoff through go-live. This is an ideal role for someone who takes pride in being the most dependable person on the team, wants to build deep expertise in healthcare compliance technology, and is excited to grow into a full-cycle implementation career, managing their own customer portfolio at a fast-moving health-tech company.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, customer success, or a related operational or customer-facing role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you can track multiple workstreams simultaneously and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication — you're comfortable running customer calls and writing customer-facing project updates
  • A genuine drive to build expertise quickly — you don't need to know healthcare compliance on day one, but you need to be motivated to master it
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset — you take pride in being a reliable, unblocking force for the people around you
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where processes are still evolving
  • Based in New York City; Brellium works in-person from our Flatiron office

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare technology, consulting or customer management experience
  • Familiarity with EMR or EHR systems
  • Experience using HubSpot, Linear, or similar CRM and project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customer project leads throughout every deployment, from kickoff through go-live.
  • Set clear expectations with customers about process, timelines, and what's needed from them — so there are no surprises and trust builds naturally.
  • Maintain a positive, reassuring presence with customers through technical challenges, delays, and moments of ambiguity — because your composure directly shapes their confidence in Brellium.
  • Review and action Sales handovers effectively for your book of ABA and behavioral health customers, ensuring nothing gets lost between the sale and the first kickoff call.
  • Understand time-to-value and go-live metrics — why they matter to the business, what drives them, and how your work directly affects them.
  • Follow project plans with discipline and communicate status proactively — your teammates and customers should never have to ask where things stand.
  • Escalate scope changes, timeline risks, and customer concerns to senior team members before they become missed commitments.
  • Accurately track deployment milestones, configurations, and exceptions in HubSpot and Linear without gaps or delayed entries.
  • Complete deployment documentation accurately and on time
  • Follow deployment playbooks while staying attentive to each customer's specific context, constraints, and clinical workflows — recognizing that a go-live is the foundation of long-term customer success, not just a task to complete.
  • Learn EMR integration fundamentals and the data flow requirements between customer systems and Brellium.
  • Leverage internal technology to build the foundation of Customers’ Brellium environments — ensuring we’re meeting requirements and delivering solutions that are accurate and effective
  • Document customer-specific configurations and exceptions with precision so that the Customer Success team inherits a complete, accurate picture at handoff.
  • Shadow more complex, non-standard or enterprise implementations to build your understanding of edge cases and specialty-specific nuances before you encounter them independently.
  • Build working knowledge of Brellium's full platform — chart auditing, coding review, and workflow configuration — through structured onboarding, internal training, and active shadowing of complex / enterprise deployments owned by Implementation Managers.
  • Develop foundational understanding of compliance requirements and documentation standards across Brellium's core specialties, with a particular focus on ABA and behavioral health.
