About The Position

As Fetch continues to expand its growing partner base, the Implementation team plays a critical role in ensuring brands are onboarded, executed, and scaled seamlessly within the Fetch app. Millions of shoppers rely on Fetch to earn rewards every day, and the quality of our campaign operations directly impacts shopper trust, partner performance, and platform scalability. As an Implementation Coordinator, you operate at the intersection of partners, technology, and operations. You are responsible for how brands come to life in the app—from campaign configuration and product catalogs to point attribution and redemption logic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, takes ownership of complex workflows, and wants to build a deep understanding of how a scaled marketplace product works from both a business and technical perspective. The Implementation team is the connective tissue that keeps Fetch running smoothly. In this role, you’ll gain deep exposure to how a scaled consumer app, partner ecosystem, and operational engine work together—while making a real impact on how millions of users save money every day. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1+ years of experience in operations, client support, project coordination, or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including comfort working with large datasets
  • Excellent written, verbal, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, scaling environment

  • Experience supporting client‑facing teams or managing external deliverables
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical or operational inputs
  • Familiarity with marketplace, ad tech, promotions, or consumer app environments
  • Experience in identifying and improving operational processes
  • Experience using AI tools, automation, or scripting to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, or reduce manual effort

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end execution of brand campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to Fetch standards
  • Configure campaigns, partner assets, and product catalogs to ensure a seamless shopper experience
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing priorities across internal teams and client timelines
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to support client goals and optimize campaign performance
  • Translate promotion specifications into clear, actionable inputs for technical and operational teams
  • Track progress against milestones, proactively communicating risks, blockers, and updates
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and documentation as Fetch scales
  • Experiment with AI tools, automation, and new workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of implementation processes
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on “How Fetch Works,” advising internal teams on the best solutions for partner and product initiatives
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects that enhance partner experience, user experience, and internal efficiency
