We are looking to hire motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable people to expand our client services team. This role will have an advanced focus on high-profile and enterprise customers that will require a special touch and the ability to connect. You will manage account implementation from sign-on through the transition to a (CSM) Customer Success Manager. This includes providing onboarding, support, training, and guidance through the adoption of Briostack our SAAS-based ERP designed specifically for pest control companies. This role is primarily responsible for the period of time that will most greatly impact the success of a customer. This is a high-touch position with a strong need for understanding customer progression through implementation. We are looking for individuals who are willing to take on large tasks and manage every aspect of our onboarding process.
