About The Position

This role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of marketing technology projects, ensuring that implementations are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maximizing client satisfaction. The Implementation Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and drive efficient processes in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable plans, and ensuring clear communication across teams. This position offers the opportunity to shape client experiences, influence project outcomes, and work on impactful marketing technology solutions that optimize business operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably implementing marketing technology or legal software solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Proficient in project tracking and collaboration tools, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and client relationships effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or experience platforms is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent marketing technology projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client and organizational goals.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively address potential issues to prevent delays or scope creep.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
  • Coordinate project documentation, including charters, status reports, and meeting notes, to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Drive collaboration across internal teams, fostering alignment and efficiency while supporting process improvements.
