Overview The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) is responsible for the successful onboarding and deployment of Atrium Campus solutions. This role owns the end-to-end implementation lifecycle and serves as the primary point of contact for clients from sales handoff through go-live. The IPM works closely with the Sales Team, Subject Matter Experts, Engineering, Product, Trainers, and the AtriumCare Team to ensure implementations are delivered on time, clients achieve value quickly, and the transition from implementation to support is smooth and confidence-building. As a trusted advisor, the IPM sets the tone for Atrium’s values throughout the onboarding experience and ensures clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their decision to partner with Atrium.
