We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Implementation Specialist who’s comfortable partnering with technical stakeholders and driving customer onboarding from start to finish. In this role, you’ll lead the data onboarding process with customers and their technical analysts, manage data ingestion and error resolution, and ensure a smooth delivery of the final product for new implementations. The right person is a sharp problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently juggle competing priorities, and shows up ready to take ownership. You’re comfortable on customer calls, eager to learn, and excited to grow into a subject matter expert in the TailorMed platform and the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a technology and/or healthcare environment
  • Experience with customer and / or data onboarding
  • Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to high-quality outcomes
  • Meticulous and willing to dig in to get things right—not just “done”
  • Comfortable working with SQL, Excel, AI tools, and Google Workspace
  • Able to clearly explain technical issues and risks to non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with healthcare providers is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers and their technical analysts to extract the right data points from their IT systems
  • Use tools like Excel, SQL, Athena, and others to analyze large datasets and uncover insights about customer needs
  • Monitor customer environment health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve errors until data quality meets pre-set standards
  • Become a TailorMed platform expert and help determine the best mix of features and functionality to maximize user value
  • Spot challenges early and recommend process improvements or technical solutions that strengthen our product and implementation approach
  • Communicate clearly to multiple audiences including client stakeholders and internal teams such as Customer Success and Product
