The Role As part of the Operations Business Unit, you will join our high-impact Implementations Team. Your purpose is to be the bridge between our innovative technology and the physical world, launching on-demand zone and reservation solutions across North America. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be the face of Arrive for municipalities, universities, and private operators. This is a unique opportunity to own the "moment of truth"—ensuring that our products come to life seamlessly for our clients. Based in our Atlanta, GA hub, you will collaborate with Sales, Client Support, and Account Management to ensure every launch is a success. How to make an impact Own the Launch: Plan and lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring on-demand and reservation solutions are delivered on time and above expectations. Strategize for Success: Design and optimize implementation structures that align specifically with client goals to maximize user adoption and execution. Bridge the Gap: Act as the central nervous system between cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders, providing clear, consistent progress updates. Educate & Empower: Conduct training sessions for external customers, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Arrive’s suite of tools to their full potential. Drive Excellence: Continuously refine the implementation playbook by identifying friction points and applying best practices to make our process faster and smarter. Requirements

  • Operational Expertise: Proven experience in project management or operational implementation (parking industry experience is a major plus).
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to build and deliver compelling presentations to external stakeholders.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Hubspot, alongside a natural curiosity for learning new proprietary software.
  • Relationship Management: Experience managing multiple external clients and internal cross-functional teams simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
