Requirements

  • Two (2) to five (5) years of professional experience in logistics, international shipping, or supply chain.
  • Working knowledge of: Incoterms Import and Export Ocean and air freight operations Customs clearance processes
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or data tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience with ERP or TMS systems (Oracle (preferred), SAP, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced global environment.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in import/export operations for a multinational company preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage international shipments (air, ocean, and ground) to meet on time delivery for our Ecommerce and Trading Card Game (TCG) teams.
  • Track and monitor in‑transit shipments; proactively resolve delays or exceptions.
  • Create, review, and validate shipping and customs documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, BOL, COO, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations by working with our Global Trade Compliance team to ensure import and export documents adhere to our stated requirements.
  • Analyze freight spend, carrier performance, delivery accuracy, and transit times; identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor logistics performance.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to optimize lead times and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with procurement, planning, inventory, manufacturing, and customer service teams.
  • Partner with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support International Transportation, Trade Compliance, and Supply Chain teams with data, reporting, and project participation.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with all import/export laws (CBP, BIS, OFAC, TSA, etc.).
  • Support internal and external audits related to trade compliance and logistics operations.
