The Ford Blue Advantage Consultant will be responsible for supporting the Brand by acquiring dealership enrollees, by conducting ongoing training for enrolled dealership staff, and by developing and managing strategic plans for certification and sales in each enrolled dealership in their market. The ideal candidate will be competitive, persuasive, and analytical. Candidates should have complex retail acumen, an awareness of contemporary customer experience expectations, and must be able to demonstrate past training/presentation success.
