Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required – we’ll pay for your training
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for helping others

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services: bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients
Work primarily in clients’ homes in Spokane County, with varying shift times and activities
