Trinity at Home is looking for a caring and committed In-Home Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team and help enrich the lives of individuals in their own homes. Position Details Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required) Position: In-Home Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant (Day shift) Pay: $13 - $15 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with every other weekend required Location: Client homes throughout our service area
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Prior experience in geriatric care or other healthcare settings preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care and the ability to adapt to individual needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine compassion and a commitment to quality care
- Flexibility to respond to changing needs in a home environment

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and supportive environment
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor client health status
- Maintain clear records and communicate any health changes to families or healthcare professionals
- Support safe mobility, including walking, transfers, and the use of mobility aids
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe, clean environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
