Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required – we provide and pay for training
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Must pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Reliable, honest, energetic, and caring individual with a genuine desire to help others

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Working primarily in clients’ homes throughout Spokane County, with a variety of shift lengths and times
