In-Home Caregiver (Non-Medical Home Care)
About The Position
Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide non-medical support to seniors in their homes. In this role, you will build meaningful one-on-one relationships while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Shifts Available Monday-Thursday 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Friday and Saturday 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Every Other Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM Additional shifts may become available based on your availability and client needs. Senior Solutions Home Care provides non-medical home care services that help seniors remain independent and safe in the comfort of their homes.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- Second form of identification for employment eligibility
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening in accordance with company and state standards
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Assist with errands or transportation when needed
- Observe and report changes in client condition
