Requirements

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
  • Not certified yet? We pay for your training.
  • Reliable personal car , a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
  • Daily driving is required to travel to and from client homes.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, energetic, and caring attitude with a genuine interest in helping others

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Caregiver , CNA, HCA, Home Health Aide, or in senior care is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and safe home upkeep
  • Prepare simple, healthy meals and offer medication reminders
  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Work in clients’ homes across Spokane County with a variety of shift times
