Requirements

  • Candidate must be proficient in communicative, auditory and visual skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 20 – 50lbs

Responsibilities

  • Building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and their families
  • Providing consistent, reliable support during times of need
  • Advocating for clients within the community
  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding
  • Supporting Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and engaging in creative hobbies or activities
