About The Position

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide non-medical support to seniors in their homes . In this role, you will build meaningful one-on-one relationships while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Shifts: Saturday 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM Monday-Sunday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Sunday 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Overnight Shifts) Monday-Friday 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM & Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or state ID
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening in accordance with company and state standards
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Assist with errands or transportation when needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition
