Requirements
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, energetic, and caring personality with a genuine passion for helping others
Nice To Haves
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with light housework, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Support clients primarily in their homes, with varying shift times and daily activities
