About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative who is a true closer. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. You’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners interested in kitchen and bath remodeling and guide them through the sales process—from consultation to signed contract.

This position is perfect for a high-energy sales professional with a proven track record in the home service space who thrives on building rapport, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience (home services, remodeling, or related field preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket deals.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with CAD/design software is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
• Present design concepts, proposals, and estimates using our software tools (CAD experience preferred).
• Build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
• Close deals and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and proposals in our CRM.
• Collaborate with our production teams to ensure a smooth project transition.
