If you thrive in a one-call close, in-home residential sales environment , this is a high-income opportunity with no cold calling, no canvassing, and uncapped commission . With next-day installation crews , multiple financing options , and the strongest guarantees in the industry , our sales professionals are set up to win. Requirements

  • Proven experience in Outside Sales, In-Home Sales, or Residential Sales
  • Background in skilled trades or home services sales , such as: HVAC / Air Conditioning Plumbing Roofing Solar Pest Control Lawn Care Windows, Siding, Kitchens & Baths, Security, or similar industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and closing mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Some locations may require prior HVAC-specific sales experience
