About The Position
Puragain Water is hiring In-Home Sales Representatives who are confident closers with a proven track record in one-call closes. If you’ve got at least 2 years of in-home sales experience and want to work warm leads with no cold calling, this is the position for you. We provide 1–3 pre-qualified, pre-set in-home appointments daily. You’ll be selling industry-leading water filtration systems to homeowners who requested a consultation and are ready to buy. Our average company-wide close rate is 52%, and top reps are consistently earning $10K+ per month. With a 5-star rating on Yelp, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional service — and we’re looking for sales pros who can deliver the same excellence at the kitchen table.
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home sales experience
- A proven closer with a deep toolbox of closing techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, coachable attitude and a hunger to succeed
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home appointments
- Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends (when homeowners are home)
