About The Position

We are Eagle Health Analytics, LLC (EHA), a government contracting and consulting firm supporting several federal agencies and military installations across the U.S. EHA is seeking Inpatient Physician services for the Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC) located in Polacca, Arizona. Hiring dependent on contract award. Inpatient Department: 10-12 hour shifts to be determined based upon scheduling needs. The Inpatient department shifts start at 7:30am and ends between 6:00pm and 7:30pm, dependent on the additional clinical duties assigned to the contractor. Qualification/Certification – Professional Services: Physician(s) with experience in inpatient care. Physicians shall possess either board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Although not required, it is preferred that contract physicians are experienced with delivering clinical services performed in a rural setting. It is essential that contract physicians must be willing to accept a position in a rural setting. Physician (Family Practice): a. Current Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine as confirmed by the appropriate and acceptable certifying organization. b. Years of Experience: Completion of a 2-year or longer residency program in the applicable specialty. c. Minimum Education: Doctorate degree of Osteopathic or Allopathic medicine. d. Recent procedure logs required for privileges to be appointed. e. Current certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is required. f. Current certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) is required. g. NRP certification is preferred but not required. h. PALS certification is required if the provider will be seeing pediatric patients in the Emergency Department’s Fast Track or in the Outpatient Department. i. Applicants must have an active, unrestricted, and free of disciplinary action license as a physician in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States. AND j. Current certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP); ABFM- or AOBFP-eligibility may be considered for recent (< 3 years) graduates of an ACGME- or an AOA-accredited post-graduate training program in Family Medicine. OR k. Current certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM); ABIM eligibility may be considered for recent (< 3 years) graduates of an ACGME- or an AOA-accredited post-graduate combined training program in Internal Medicine. OR l. Current certification by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM); AOBIM eligibility may be considered for recent (< 3 years) graduates of an ACGME- or an AOA-accredited post-graduate combined training program in Internal Medicine. OR m. Current certification by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced with delivering clinical services performed in a rural setting
  • NRP certification is preferred but not required
  • PALS certification is required if the provider will be seeing pediatric patients in the Emergency Department’s Fast Track or in the Outpatient Department
