About The Position

Now Hiring : Inbound Receiving Coordinator Location: Ontario, CA Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour What You’ll Do Weigh inbound/outbound materials and commercial trucks Enter transactions in WMS/ERP and Excel Direct drivers, verify paperwork, and resolve issues quickly Support warehouse/logistics teams to keep shipments moving What You Need 2+ years as a Scale Clerk or Receiving/Shipping Clerk Strong Microsoft Office + WMS/ERP skills High attention to detail and strong communication Experience in a yard/industrial logistics environment Comfortable working in a smelly environment Sit‑down forklift experience is a plus Schedule Training: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM After training: 8:00–4:30 or 10:00–6:30 Overtime + alternate Saturdays Compliance Drug screen + background check required E‑Verify employer Apply Today Have your resume ready. Requirements
