Overview: Our Referrals Team is growing! We're seeking an Inbound Referrals Manager who will be dedicated to growing our firm-to-firm relationships in order to increase our case inventory. This role will focus on relationship building, educating firms on BJB’s capabilities and success, and creating steady streams of inbound referrals as well as seeking out new partner relationships. Successful candidates will have strong communications skills – oral and written, are initiative-taking, organized, and have consistent follow-up. You present yourself in a professional manner, like to build long-term relationships, and have extraordinarily strong people skills.
