Tax season is here and Guardian Tax’s Irvine office is busy with clients actively reaching out for help. We’re looking for top sales closers who thrive in a call center environment and want a role that’s easy to understand, fully inbound, and built around helping clients resolve tax issues. If you’re coachable, motivated by income, and enjoy fast-paced phone sales with strong support, this is a great opportunity to earn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients requesting assistance with tax issues
• Lead simple, professional conversations focused on understanding needs
• Educate clients on available tax relief solutions
• Guide clients through next steps using an established sales process
• Close deals and work toward achievable performance goals
