We seek an experienced Full-time Incident Commander Supervisor with high integrity and professionalism who can join our team here in Draper, Utah. You will be working on projects under the guidance of the Area Manager for our top Utah clients. Supervisors are appointed to their roles based upon their ability to uphold the standard expected of them and demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of their post orders, policies, company expectations, and additional duties. Additionally, they have demonstrated an ability to: lead their teams, take the initiative, meet any additional tasks and responsibilities given to them by their supervisors, and display strong time management skills. In your day-to-day role as an Incident Commander Supervisor, you will act as a liaison between Surefox Utah and its clients while overseeing the emergency response. You will perform all duties in accordance with both company and client policies and procedures, as well as all state and federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: responding to emergency events, addressing medical and non-medical issues, solving staffing deficiencies, and handling client requests in a timely manner. Under certain circumstances you will be expected to initiate preliminary investigations by writing incident reports on all internal client and company issues. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observation skills and values attention to detail.
