Independent Contract Driver - Vero Beach/ Indian River

Your deliveries—essential to hospitals, medical facilities, and patients—transport critical items like lifesaving medication, organs, tissue samples, medical equipment, and supplies. We maintain the highest standards by partnering with Independent Contract Drivers who are customer-focused, attentive to details, and adhere to the highest ethical standards, including compliance with HIPAA and customer-specific requirements. For our customers, we provide both routed and on-demand delivery services. Currently, we are seeking 4 - 6 IC drivers in the Vero Beach/Indian River
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Required to be within a 10-mile radius of Vero Beach/Indian River
- Comprehensive background check (including a 3-year Motor Vehicle Record and a 7-year criminal history covering federal, state, and county records)
- 9-panel drug screening
- Adequate vehicle insurance
- Vehicle must be 10 years old or newer
- Must be applying with a sedan/car that is preferably fuel efficient
- Adherence to our Customer Appearance Policy
- Certifications in HIPAA, Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) & Blood-borne Pathogens
Responsibilities
- 4 for on-demand routes and 2 for dedicated routes
- Bonus: Routed drivers can do on-demand work when no routed work is available.
- On-demand drivers should have open availability in the event we have overnight -stat deliveries
- Routed drivers should be able to cover routes Monday - Friday & Saturday - Sunday.
