Requirements
- Heart for Seniors: Compassionate spirit with enthusiasm for senior care and service.
- Valid Credentials: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of computer programs.
- Strong Communication Skills: Must have the ability to connect and engage.
Nice To Haves
- Experience and Education: 1+ year of experience in senior living, hospitality, or event planning preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Host daily activities that inspire fun, fitness, creativity, and social interaction.
- Plan and chaperone off-site outings that bring the community to life.
- Deliver meals to Independent Living cottages and encourage community dining.
- Partner with the Food & Beverage team to support great dining experiences and themed events.
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance services with timely follow-up.
- Build community spirit through newsletters, check-in calls, and housewarming events.
- Collaborate with the Resident Council to gather feedback and enhance engagement.
