About The Position

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Independent Sales Representative to take ownership of an established and highly profitable territory in the cabinet, kitchen & bath, and OEM markets. This is a rare opportunity to step into a book of business currently generating approximately $2.3 million in annual sales—with realistic potential to grow to $4M–$4.6M+ through strategic expansion and account development. This role is designed for a true “road warrior” who thrives on autonomy, flexibility, and uncapped earning potential. Requirements

  • Proven sales success in cabinet, kitchen & bath, building products, or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and expand territory revenue with a sales hunter mentality
  • Experience working with OEM accounts and strategic channel partners
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable operating independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively within a 3–3.5 hour regional radius of your homebase
  • Establish or utilize existing LLC as a 10-99 independent sales representative

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a defined territory currently producing $2.3M in revenue
  • Grow sales toward $4M+ through proactive account development and OEM expansion
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with: Cabinet manufacturers Kitchen & bath design firms Key OEM partners
  • Travel 3 out of 5 business days to support customers and drive growth
  • Represent product lines at major industry trade shows
  • Develop and nurture long-term OEM partnerships to secure repeat and expanded business
  • Operate independently, managing scheduling, travel, and account strategy
