What You’ll Do as an Industrial Account Manager In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing a diverse customer base, developing long-term relationships, and driving business development across multiple accounts.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of successful sales experience (industry experience in Electrical Supply is a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and relationships in a competitive territory
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous or contradictory situations
  • Ability to follow company processes while applying creativity to solve challenges
  • Skilled at building relationships at all organizational levels within manufacturing facilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Known for a positive outlook, professionalism, and continuous learning mindset

  • Represent Kirby Risk with professionalism in every customer and vendor interaction
