What if you could stop failures before they happen? Do you excel at spotting patterns across ultrasonic, vibration, and oil analysis data? Can you translate predictive signals into steps that technicians can act on today? If so, you’ll thrive as our Industrial Asset Health Monitoring Analyst. Your Impact Interrogate multi-source condition data from remote sensors—ultrasonic inspections, vibration trends, lubricant analyses, and contextual operating signals. Leverage analytics tools to flag high-impact risks and influence maintenance teams to prioritize actions that shrink downtime, reactive work, and failures. Evaluate equipment specs and historical behavior to recommend proactive, asset-specific corrective measures. Identify trend shifts and likely root causes, providing timely recommendations that prevent outages and control costs. Detect early-stage component degradation and its sources—well before it becomes damage or failure. How You’ll Operate Lead cadence calls with customers; field inbound and escalated technical questions by phone and platform; escalate to Senior Condition Monitoring Experts when complexity demands. Serve as secondary triage for new inquiries—resolve independently or route appropriately. Deliver clear asset health reports, highlight critical findings, and document root cause narratives. Turn statistics and predictions into frontline action plans with concise, actionable summaries. Partner directly with technicians to coach troubleshooting, guide data capture, and support on-the-job corrective actions. During program “first-pass,” review device installs, verify data accuracy, and share initial insights from newly connected assets. Provide customer training on interpreting monitoring outputs and choosing corrective responses. Offer consistent follow-up through regular meetings; help quantify savings and uncover continuous improvement projects.
