This role will develop labor standards; perform time studies on new or existing processes; support the bidding process with new standards; provide support to manufacturing through monitoring of cost metrics, and through initiatives that result in waste elimination and process improvements. Perform simulations, capacity planning, and produce savings packages. Work single piece flow initiatives that reduce the hours per unit of our products. We are a world class manufacturing center. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Capable of leading Improvement, Optimization, etc. projects
  • Ability to independently determine and develop approach to solutions
  • Ability to obtain a secret clearance - interim secret to start

Nice To Haves

  • Related Masters degree
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics
  • Strong understanding of Time Study, Continuous Process
  • Experience with analytical tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Lean Six- Sigma/ Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks
  • Customer focused & interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
