The Industrial Engineer Intern will take a variety of assignments and support operational excellence projects to improve internal processes. He/she will use available digital tools to innovate ideas and solutions that will be utilized across the entire Smart Factory. Internship will be on-site from May 2026 - December 2026. Intern will work 40hours a week for the May-August duration and at least 25+ hours from September -December. Support streamlining the overall Smart Factory operational excellence process. Take various Smart Factory project responsibilities and prepare project timeline, schedule, coordinate with individual departments, and monitor projects. Work closely with project teams, organize coordination meetings with stakeholders to provide regular updates. TRUMPF Inc. Support operational excellence activities, workshops for continuous improvements of daily tasks. Experience Proficient using digital tools –Office 365, Smartsheet & Power BI. Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis experience. Pay Range $18-$25 an hour. Education Associate degree in industrial engineering, Business Informatics, Digital Business Management, or similar fields. Project Management and programming experience are preferred. Requirements

  • Proficient using digital tools –Office 365, Smartsheet & Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis experience.
  • Associate degree in industrial engineering, Business Informatics, Digital Business Management, or similar fields.
