About The Position

C&K Industrial Services is hiring Industrial Field Laborers to support our environmental cleaning and maintenance operations. This is a hands-on, physical job working outdoors and on-site at industrial facilities. You'll assist with high-pressure water blasting, vacuum truck operations, and confined space work — all while being part of a safety-first team. No experience? No problem — we provide full training and all safety gear.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required (CDL not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
• Must be able to pass a drug screen (including for marijuana, per DOT regulations)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or similar manual labor is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support cleaning operations at industrial facilities using vac trucks and hydroblasting equipment
• Set up and maintain job site equipment (hoses, waterlines, vacuum systems)
• Perform general labor including confined space entry and work at heights
• Follow all safety protocols, including participation in daily safety briefings
• Represent C&K professionally on customer job sites
• Travel to other local offices or jobs may be required; some overnight stays possible
